Cancellation Policy

LOW SEASON: (June to October)

Cancellations received not less than 21 working days (excluding sat, sun and public holidays prior to check-in date will be entitled to a full refund). Cancellation received less than 20 working days (excluding sat, sun, & public holidays prior to check-in date are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to a (1) one night stay (per person). Less than (10) ten days notification is non refundable.

PEAK SEASON: (Nov to May & Legal Holidays)

Cancellations received not less than 21 working days (excluding sat, sun, & public holidays) prior to check-in date will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellation received within 15 to 20 working days (not including sat, sun, & Public Holidays) prior to check-in dates are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of selling rate. Less than 15 days notification is non-refundable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Credit card payments are charged with a 6% processing fee that is non-refundable.

We at TABLOZA Travel & Tours will not disclose confidential Information (such as your name, postal address, e-mail address & telephone number) to any other 3rd/party and agree to take and protect the secrecy of.

The Confidential Information you give us will only be used for its purpose for which you provide the information (such as to book a hotel/resort room accommodation, airline tickets and land transportation).

The Confidential Information is not released to third parties, except if release is required by law, or is pertinent to judicial or government investigation or processing.
